The product must be in new, saleable condition and original packaging.
The product must not be expired, damaged, or a discontinued product line.
Depending on the type of product being returned, it must have at least 6 months remaining before expiry.
Bespoke or project-specific products that were purchased as non-standard, off-the-shelf items are not eligible for return.
A DBNZ Goods credit Request Form must be completed and submitted for review.
Any return must be pre-approved by the Sales Manager or General Manager, who will have the final discretion on whether the return is accepted.
Freight costs associated with returning goods will be the responsibility of the distributor, unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon with DBNZ.
A restocking fee of 20% of the value of the returned goods may apply.
By submitting a goods credit request form, the distributor acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
